Amy Crew, CTFA ATFA

Amy serves as Chief Fiduciary Officer and Senior Vice President, leading the Personal Trust team and collaborating with the Leadership team to ensure regulatory compliance, strategic execution, and operational excellence. She oversees policy and procedure implementation, partners with Compliance, and drives strategic initiatives to strengthen fiduciary oversight and reporting. With over 20 years of experience in Personal Trust and Fiduciary services—10 of which have been in leadership and management—Amy has held multiple officer and managerial roles in trust administration and trust operations, building a deep foundation of expertise. Previously, she served as Regional Trust Manager for Arden Trust Company’s Delaware office, where she oversaw trust administration and worked closely with financial advisors and their clients to meet complex trust needs.

Amy holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland and maintains the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and Accredited Trust and Fiduciary Advisor (ATFA) designations. Her leadership philosophy centers on empowering teams through collaboration, transparency, and accountability, fostering a culture where client trust and regulatory integrity remain paramount. She believes that strong partnerships—internally and externally—drive innovation and ensure exceptional service for clients.
